The project for SMEG was born from a wonderful contamination between art and design.
4 works of art dress the iconic Fab28 refrigerator by Smeg, giving life to a limited and numbered series collection with a strong scenic impact, full of charm and experimentation. Gold, Lady Blu, Time and Bubbles are wonderful expressions of Pimp art by Laura Altobelli and Alessandro Dondi, a new abstract and “contaminated” art form, the result of the intuition of digitally uniting, merging them, the high-resolution photographs of Laura’s works and Alessandro’s photographic shots. Three works of art by great artists and an author’s shot reinterpreted according to a refined taste and with a visual and chromatic balance designed to materialize new emotional projections.
